Continence Health Australia is a national not-for-profit organisation working to improve continence health for Australians of all ages. We support healthcare professionals, individuals, and communities through advocacy, education, and awareness.

Continence Health Australia is on the lookout for a Member Engagement Officer to help us elevate our member experience, foster engagement, and support our growing national network. You’ll be central to ensuring our members feel heard, supported, and part of something meaningful. From managing enquiries and growing our membership to supporting committees and events, this is a role built on communication, collaboration, and care.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Being the friendly, helpful first point of contact for members and stakeholders
  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of members
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear, effective communication
  • Providing administrative support to State & Territory Advisory Committees (STACs) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
  • Assisting in planning and delivering engaging member events, workshops, and campaigns
  • Keeping our CRM (Salesforce) and communication lists accurate and up to date
  • Collaborating with our Communications Team on newsletters and eDMs

  • Experience in member engagement, customer service, or a similar role
  • Solid administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence using digital tools such as Salesforce and Campaign Monitor
  • A current Working with Children / Police Check
  • A passion for health, education, or community work is a big plus!
